This membership is for those who are confident in their ability to do workouts independently and would benefit from a monthly check-in with a coach. Includes one in-person or virtual session per month (up to one hour); customized programming, and support for nutrition, sleep, and stress in between.

1 Movement Assessment (1 hr)
Our Comprehensive Movement Assessment takes up to one hour and is a personalized experience designed to help us assess you needs and goals and you get acquainted with our gym and its offerings. During this session, you'll receive a guided tour of our facilities, including our equipment and workout spaces. You'll also undergo a movement assessment with one of our expert coaches, who will evaluate your current fitness level and discuss your goals and any areas you'd like to focus on.

You'll have the opportunity to share your fitness aspirations and any concerns you might have with the coach, allowing us to tailor our support to your needs. By the end of the session, you'll have a clear understanding of whether our gym is the right fit for you and which membership option aligns best with your goals. This session is complimentary, but please note that you will need to sign a waiver before participating.

 Let us help you kick-start your fitness journey today! There is a fee for the session which will be rolled into your membership fee if you decide to join.
